Reset & Release
Letting go of the unnecessary
The first movement is a release. We clear the accumulated weight — tension, old narratives, the armour you built to survive. The water receives all of it without judgement.
The quiet weight of stress and disconnection that no holiday seems to lift.
The sense that beneath the surface of your life, something is asking to be released.
You are not broken. You are at a threshold — and the water is waiting.
The practice
Water has always been our first home — and our greatest teacher. The Letting Go Method uses the unique properties of water to create a space where the body softens, the breath opens, and what no longer serves you can finally dissolve. Not a spa treatment. Not a sport. A threshold experience.
Somatic release through water's buoyancy — letting the body unwind what the mind cannot.
Conscious breathwork that bridges land and water, activating the body's innate capacity for stillness.
The transformational medium — ancient, neutral, and utterly present. Water holds nothing against you.
Your path
Letting go of the unnecessary
The first movement is a release. We clear the accumulated weight — tension, old narratives, the armour you built to survive. The water receives all of it without judgement.
Embracing the new version of yourself
In the space opened by release, something new can breathe. You meet yourself as you were before the world told you who to be — fluid, whole, and capable of wonder.
Connection to the creation
The final movement is a homecoming. The boundary between self and water softens. You remember what you have always been — part of something vast, continuous, and alive.
The process
We begin with a conversation — about where you are, what you're carrying, and what feels ready to move. No intake forms. Just listening.
Meditation and breathwork on land to settle the nervous system, build connection, and prepare the body for the water.
Guided movement and stillness in the water — a flowing, bodywork-like experience that uses buoyancy to release deep holding patterns.
A gentle breath-hold beneath the surface — apnea as metaphor and practice. In stillness and darkness, the nervous system learns a new depth of trust.
Sound healing, grounding on land, and unhurried space to let the experience settle. What moved in the water is given time to become wisdom.
About the founder
Océano grew up in Sorrento, where his relationship with the sea began before he could speak — submerged by his father at age two in a ritual that felt, even then, like recognition. For over twelve years he has trained and worked at the intersection of Wata Flow, apnea, breathwork, and somatic facilitation, developing a method that has touched more than 500 practitioners across 30 countries. His work is not a wellness service. It is a calling — and the water is always the co-facilitator.
